UandI Care recognise that some individuals with Autism or other complex needs may need a lifetime of support with their daily living. Often, they can present with behaviour that challenges, or face other difficulties such as; following personal care routines, preparing or eating meals and other day to day activities. U&I Care’s residential services offer security and continuity of care from a trained and experienced team of staff, as well as offering organised activities and help with long-term future planning. UandI Care excel in the service that we offer to our clients by creating a safe, warm and welcoming environment which our residents can proudly call ‘home’. UandI Care currently have four residential properties, Archers House, Beech House, Charlotte House and Oak View.

Entering into any new environment may be a stressful time for anyone. UandI Care aims to minimise this stress by ensuring consideration is given to the feelings of our service users and their families. There will also be comprehensive reviews to assess the clients suitability and needs so that they are placed in the optimum residence. The UandI Care residential care for disabled adults offers a professional, friendly and personal service by a team of compassionate support workers. Furthermore, UandI Care will support this move by utilising the staff from residential homes to implement a careful transition programme into their new home, where clients will be supported with an individualised package that meets their specific needs.

The location of each residences are in the heart of the community, with easy access to local amenities. Our modern style houses are finished to a high standard with contemporary living. With one residence being custom built specifically to cater for client’s needs.

The UandI Care home is registered with CQC who carry out inspections on our home, ensuring the home provides a safe and quality service for our service users and staff.

A supported living scheme may also be an option for service users that primarily reside in the residential remit, who may choose to progress in working towards completing a programme of supported independence. Furthermore, UandI Care will support this move by utilising the staff from residential homes to implement a careful transition programme into their new home, where clients will be supported with an individualised package that meets their specific needs.
